TYPES of class 課程類型

Based on the practice of Hatha Yoga, we combined human anatomy with natural science, and focusing on the connecting and balanced between body and mind. During the class, we practice breathing, as well as dynamic yoga poses to increase body flexibility and joint mobility. Each practice can help adjust the position of bones, muscle elasticity, increase the perception of the body, the class content will be adjusted and integrated with traditional hatha yoga, restorative yoga, healing yoga, and fascia relaxation. The course will be arranged and formulated according to the current status and needs of the students. Not only practice the movement of yoga, but also caring about mind.

以哈達瑜伽的練習動作為基礎,結合人體解剖學、自然科學,透過呼吸覺察身體,並專注在增加身體調節性及身心的連結,每一次的練習可幫助調整骨骼擺放位置、肌肉彈性、對身體的知覺,上課內容會調整融合傳統哈達瑜伽、修復瑜伽、療癒瑜伽、筋膜放鬆,針對當下學員的狀態與需求做課程編排與制定,在提升動作練習的同時,保護好每一位學員的身心
