Cathy hsu  凱西老師

Teacher in Reiki Healing, Hatha yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda Therapy, Sound Healing, Pranayama, and the founder of AYURIGIN.

Cathy, who was graduated from Swiss Hotel Management, has a 5 years study and experience of Hotel and Tourism Management. She is also an art curator, who held the popular international exhibition - "Fancy Animal Carnival" in San Francisco 2015. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Taiwanese, and conversational in French. She used to  work and live in Switzerland, China, and also had some projects in San Francisco and India. While traveling back and forth for years, she realises the importance of mind-body-soul balancing.

In 2012, an accidental discovery, she was told that she had colorectal cancer by a doctor. After operating surgery, she was healed and recovered by natural therapy and began the contact with yoga. Now, she is very down to spirituality and alternative therapies, also, holds 500 hours Yoga Alliance Teacher qualification ,an Ayurveda Massage Therapy Diploma, a Holistic Marma Massage Therapy Certificate , and a Reiki Master Degree.

Cathy founded AYURIGIN based on her ideas, skills, knowledge and her own life experience. She believes that this wellness and healing centre would help people in transforming their lives, and maintain the balance of body and mind.

凱熙畢業於瑞士酒店管理學院，有5年的飯店及旅遊管理經驗。她也是藝術策展人，曾在舊金山舉行了當代藝術國際展覽 - “花式動物嘉年華”。主要語言英語、中文和法語。過去在瑞士、中國工作和生活，近幾年旅居於印度。多年頻繁地旅行移動，漸漸意識到身心平衡的重要性。 2012年，一次意外發現罹患大腸癌，手術後透過自然療法療癒，也開始了她對瑜伽的接觸。現在，她非常喜歡瑜珈、精神療癒和自然療法，擁有500小時美國瑜珈聯盟教師資格證、阿育吠陀療法文憑、全方位按摩治療證書和靈氣大師級證照。凱熙基於她的想法、技能、知識和自己的生活經驗，創立了AYURIGIN。她相信這個健康療癒度假營將幫助人們改善生活，維持身心靈的平衡。

USHA VAISHVANA  烏莎醫師

Teacher and doctor in Ayurveda and Anatomy.

Dr Usha is one of the most popular Ayurvedic doctor in Rishikesh. She is a professional and experienced Ayurvedic doctor, specialised in Panchkarma, and a lecturer in Anatomy and Ayurveda. She has been helping local people as well as many foreigners from all over the world with her professional skills and knowledge for many years.  Many people visit her yearly for ayurvedic consultation and treatments. 

She has been working in ayurvedic environment since she was 22 years old. After many years of assisting a doctor, Usha enters the Ayurvedic University with 150 year old history, well-known in whole India. At present, Dr. Usha holds Master’s degree in Ayurveda and Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences. She is an accomplished doctor of Ayurveda with nearly 20 years of experience. She provides Ayurvedic cure and therapies for people suffering from physical as well as mental discomfort, chronic body pain, depression, muscular tension and numerous other ailments. 

Dr. Usha has a soft heart, she cares about people and animals by heart. She provides not only medical treatments but also mental comfort by her warm kindness. She supports AYURIGIN Wellness and Healing Retreat with her expertise in Ayurveda.

烏莎醫師是瑞詩凱詩最受歡迎的阿育吠陀醫生之一。她是一名專業和經驗豐富的阿育吠陀醫生，特別專門從事印度傳統自然醫學療法 - 阿育吠陀Panchkarma療程，她也是解剖學和阿育吠陀理論課老師。多年來她一直在運用她的專業幫助更多的印度當地人和來自世界各地的外國人。許多人會定期特地前往瑞詩凱詩找她做諮詢及療程。

自從22歲以來，她一直在阿育吠陀自然醫學的環境中接觸。經過多年協助醫生後，烏莎醫師進入了歷史悠久且在印度聞名全球的阿育吠陀大學。目前，烏莎醫師擁有阿育吠陀碩士和醫學科學學士學位。她是少數非常完整教育且經驗豐富的阿育吠陀醫生，擁有近20年的經驗。她為患有身體和精神不適，慢性身體疼痛，抑鬱症，肌肉緊張和許多其他疾病的人們提供阿育吠陀治療和療程。
