在新月撒下願望的種子吧！在這天，聆聽你內心的聲音；呼喊出內心的渴望；釋放心中的恐懼。跟著新生月，這完美的時刻，設定你未來的新目標。為了讓活動更有成效，你可以先將注意力放在自己未來在月圓缺循環期間想要完成或改善的願望，其餘的我們將在活動中帶領你一同完成。

Plant new seeds of your wishes under new moon. It is time for your to listen to your inner voice, recall your desire and let go your fears. It is also a perfect time to set new goals for the future. To prepare for the event, start focusing on your wishes that you want to accomplish or improve for the next moon circle. Write down your wishes and bring them with you on the event. We will guide you through the rest.

請帶上您開放的心與舒適的衣著。坐墊、毛毯、瑜伽枕、眼罩皆有提供，也歡迎自備。

Bring with you an Open Heart and a cozy, comfy outfit. Cushions, blankets, yoga bolsters and eye masks are available.
